Email Custom Control
The following link is created using a custom email control. The mailto: portion of the
href attribute is set using client script so that email spam bots can't parse it (theoretically).
Set the control's properties using the boxes below.
The recipient's email address is constructed out of (in this precedence) (1) FullEmailAddress or
(2) EmailName/Domain/Extension. If you specify EmailLinkText,
the control uses that to display the link; otherwise, the control creates the link out of (FullEmailAddress
or EmailName/Domain/Extension) + DomainDelimiterText and ExtensionDelimiterText. The default
values for the last two are " AT " and " DOT ".
