Yay! Sabrina got into the highest level of the Seattle Youth Symphony. We got the notification today in the mail. And what a world we live in: I sent an email ("I have SYSO news!") to the mom's work address. She has a Blackberry for her job. She apparently just checked it, and then told Sabrina. Who called me on her cell phone from Salem, Oregon, for the news. Modern families! :-)

Sabrina has now achieved her personal triple crown: Orchestra A, Jazz Band I, and "Big Youth" Symphony. Congratulations to her, sez me.
