Not along ago I got an HTC HD7 phone, for which I wanted a resilient case of some sort. I ended up with a PowerSkin case that is protective and that also includes a battery. Clever idea.

Whilst perusing the box, I noticed the following clarification. Really? Someone is confused about this?

PowerSkin packaging that includes the note '(phone not included)'

It's like the warning now required to protect against liability, "This coffee might be hot." Duh. Wish I had more confidence in courts to do the right thing--I don't.
